I have a problem with Eurolite Lite USB-DMX-512 - Cube Pro and lightmaXX Hazer

The Cube lightmaXX Hazer 600 has two channels (1.fog - 2. Fan)

I've tried everything, I just get the fan running, but no fog!

DMX start address 1

lightmaXX Cube Hazer 600 blue LED goes on (DMX) is on, fan starts (not channel 1),no fog

Can anyone help?

What fixture are you using for the hazer.

And can you upload the manual / link to it, so we can have a look.
