I've make some differents backup and I can't restore them: "error occured while restoring backup"...HELLLLLPPPP!!!!!!

would seem like the 'backup' file is corrupted. It normally works very well. Not sure there is much you can do here.

It take it that the FS version you backed up from and restored to are the very same ?
