Cue List Page Tabs

In the Cue playback there are buttons on the side, each group of buttons are under a page tab.

When I create a song / track I add all the cues for that particular song / track to the buttons. Once I have completed the list I then rename the tab to the Song/Track name.

This works great accept for the following issues.

* You can only have a maximum of 6 tabs/ Pages for the cue buttons.
* Can't save the tab/ Pages as anything to recover later for a play list.

I guess I was wondering if there was a way where I could save the list of cue buttons or Tab as a file, and beable to add them to a set list so that the tabs load up when I drag the file from is saved location on to a tab perhaps.

I am trying to create a Database of songs that can be added to a set list somehow.

I feel I may have made this as clear as mud. :fs:

Yes the maximum is 6 tabs.
Nope you can not save a Cue tab.

It just designed this way.

I'm guessing that you manually trigger each scene during the song / track by clicking on the Cue List buttons?!?

-Why not build one sequence with all the scenes you want for that song / track? You can have 30, 40 or how ever many scenes in that one sequence for that one song / track. Name the sequence the title of the song / track.
-Then save that sequence to an empty Cue. This will be saved in slot 1.
-Build your next sequence for the next song / track, save to Cue in slot 2.
- and so on until you have 20 songs in one Cue.
-Save Cue to Cue list tab.

Now you have 20 songs / tracks in one Cue with plenty room to create more.

Hit the play button in the Cue for the song / track that is going on and manually trigger thru the scenes that you created in the sequence for that song using the "Manual Trigger" button.

From there, you can load the Submasters with the Cues you created for the songs / tracks along with some other Cues made with specific attributes for certain lights. Now your options are endless.......

I like that idea. Thanks Shannon. :) I will give it a try and see how it works. :)

Just remember to add extra time to each scene in the sequence so that it does not automatically switch to the next scene before you are ready to manually trigger it. You can check off the "Global Scene time" and make all scenes in that sequence to something like 30 seconds or longer.
