Freestyler under a different user

Hi everyone,
I've been playing on and off with FS for a year or more, and now I'm setting it up to run the whole show for my band.
First thing I added was Go Monkey. This is just what I needed, the person running the lights is not very technical so having the set list of songs and key points to just hit a space bar is a wonderful idea.
Called in a a favor from a friend that used to do lighting for large acts back in he early 80s to spec out the fixtures and design the looks.
So far so good, 3 sets, 48 songs ready to go. Now I wanted to added a different user on my laptop, non-admin, so it is easy to just login and get the show started. It looked like FS lost all it's settings and I had to tell it to go back to factory defaults, and now it runs under the new user, however, Go Monkey doesn't work.
GM starts up just fine, no errors, and steps down the lists, but for some reason it is not talking to FS.
Any clues?
FS is installed in the normal place of c:\, so none of the files are tied to just one user on the machine. I did also try making the user an admin, still no luck.
