Playback of multiple sequences gives problems

Hi,
I'm putting togetber a light show with Freestyler v 3.4.4.
I have 4 sequences that I want to run in parallell. There is only one fixture. No sequence overlap on the same DMX channel. All sequences are set to transparent, and I have multi-select enabled.
When trying to run the sequences in parallell they all go into run mode, but quickly strange things happens. Sequences are turned on and off by them selves, and oftentimes end up with only one sequence running. Trying to turn sequnces on/off after freestyler gets into this strange state, give strange results (another sequence then selected might start playing).
I've seen several posts with similar problems, and tried all suggestions, but no luck.
Any suggestions?
