added:

• 3x random flash buttons (different speeds)
  2x random closing pulse macro (different speeds)
  2x rainbow color effect (different speeds, one direction)
  2x rainbow gobo effext (different speeds, one direction)
  global colors index added, tested to compatibility with colors of Robe fixtures
