Came across this idea when frantically trying to turn off strobing lights on an audience when i arrived at panic station today!

Just thought it would be nice to have the option to set all channel values to zero under a right-click menu when you right-click on a fixture, or multiple highlighted fixtures.

Let me know what you think.

Kind Regards,

Alex

Hej eyupjudd.

I have been in the same situation.

To solve that problem I have made some cues / seqs that can stop strobe, set fixtures into default positions and so on. In other words bring the setup back to a known state.

A solution could be that you add fader fixtures to all 512 channels and set them to 0 in a seq / cue.
I think that if you then uses this later with other fixtures then it will set all to 0. (Have not tried this!)
You can then place it on a button in the cue / sub master panel.

Know that this is not the same as a Panik button where you just comes in from the street, press a button and save the day.

It need to be a PC where you have implemented this meaning you are in control.

Hello, thanks for the response!

I have made use of the "favourite" button feature to make the most of resetting the lights to something sane if anything goes wrong for whatever reason, it works pretty well.

I always create a macro for each fixture named "Off" which sets all channels to zero.

You can also Use the blackout groups. only this way you need to be Sure if the Blackout value is set correct with Fixture creator.
