hopefully easy Q - rearrange cue list, delete blank lines

I deleted some sequences due to adding more fixtures, now I have blank lines in my list. How can I get rid of them?
Also, nothing seems 'draggable' - is there a way to re-order the list?

Im afraid there is no answer for this.
You have to rebuild the lists
