I had problems during my first 2 parties with the Pro, several times it froze, I had to close FS, unplug/replug the USB cable and restart FS.
I used the driver that Windows XP found when I plugged it.
Yesterday before the party, I installed the driver from the Enttec site, dated 06/2007 once installed. Everything went fine and I didn't have a lockup for 8 hours.
Cannot be sure if it's the driver or the electrical/noise conditions though.

Probably driver only ever use the one from the company unless otherwise stated!

ALSO, Make sure you have no software running that users Serial Ports. The DMX adapters show as serial adapters and if you have a modem monitoring software installed it can lock it up
