I have yet to figure out how to choose a few sequences and have them play one right after each other. Is this possible?

Insert your scenes into the cue list,
goto cue options (looks like a cog) and select loop all cues.
press the save cue and give a sensible name (So to be able to have multiple shows)

Then start a cue and when its done it will go onto the next cue.
There is a small bug when using a cue with random attribute in that it never ends in which i have to discuss this with Raph.

So, can i select, let's say, sequence 1,5,7,10 and only have it loop through those sequences? Or will it go to every sequence in the cue?

Just tried it and answered my own question. The answer is no, it loops through all sequences in the que in order. So, is there any way to choose specific sequences, without having to make another cue? It would be cool to just pick a few sequence and have it loop through those. Maybe in a future beta? :)
