Auto Mode

Hi All,
I am a bit of a noob, I have managed to pick everything up so far, I am using 2 x KAM Scans and 2 x Kam Barrels and will eventually have some RGD LED cans. I had to create the fixtures for these so if anyone needs them give me a shout.
This is how I have been setting Freestyler up so far which I think is correct:
1.) Create transparent cues for colour, gobo, shutter and movement for the lights, not sure if I should merge shutter with colour to simplify? but then I guess I would loose the ability to strobe/flash any program.
2.) Mash the cues together in a cue list then save to a cue button.
This seems to work well but it requires me to manually choose/switch the que button, is there anyway to run each que list for a set period of time then loop through, I cant see any option?
Sorry for the noob questions, I am eager to get on the Wiki but it is down at the mo
