Cue support

Hi,
I took the task to implement support for running cues and control the speed.
Initial screen-shot attached, code is checked into the SVN but not fully functional at the moment, will continue the next days.

like the look, with your help this software should really come along now.
iv noticed in the code that you plan to track the sequence state, this is something i had to do with the goMonkey. There currently is no way to set a sequence as go or stop you can only toggle its state (i have requested this feature) all will work fine untill the user toggles the sequence from FS rather then the app and then the app will get out of sync.
