Has anyone attempted to create the quad phase fixture

try this one.
i was in a good mood, just tell me if it works and if you want to add anything.
i made 15 colors With the name Macro 1 to 15 because i don't now the colors.
Shutter ch/ open and closed.
Strobe ch / Low/mid/high.
and the rotation but i did nothing with this because i don't now how it's rotate.
Made in less than 5min

as none of the 130 odd people who have downlowded this fixture.

All works fine except it wont black out when you hit the black out toggle in freestyler.

I have looked at the file but with my very limited knowledge couldnt figure out why
