Hi,

I bought an entted pro dmxand have connected it, i finally got around to it actually saying on the "pro utility" that it was connected however when i open freestyler it has an error message about "error creating output thread". Ive followed other threads about device manager and com ports etc however it doesnt actually tell me what port it is and i have tried them all.

Any ideas as im going mad!!!

Thanks

when you are in device manager, plug in the device and it should refresh the list. Then you should spot the newly added usb device which will be the enttec pro. Look at the properties of this and it will tell you what port its on. Then in fs make the port the same. After this you won't get the error anymore unless the device is NOT connected. FS will look for it every time you load up. If you want to work offline and use the 3d vis then you can select virtual device from the device list.
