I bought these PROEL led lights.

but I can not create the proper fixture.

this is a relatively straight forward fixture to create for DMX mode 1.
what areas are you struggling with.

R G B are channels 4 5 6
strobe channel 3
intensity channel 2
then use macros for channel 1 (music modes, inbuilt sequences)

for dmx 2 mode would require 4 fixtures

first fixture as above
2nd 3rd and 4th fixture
R G B as channels 1 2 3
