Can't open Cues or Sequences

Hi guys,
my problem is that I tried to save a new sequence by clicking the save button. But all my test-sequences are gone. That's what I thought.
But I found out that they still exists. FreeStyler is showing the subfolder but not the sequence.
My question is: why does the explorer show the sequences but FreeStyler itself not?

Because of the filename I regonized that all these chb-files have to be the sequences.
Do someone of you have any ideas?
Thanks a lot.... .rrr.

sounds strange.. here's some (stupid) questions just to rule out some of the things which could cause your problem.
you did use the "save as" or "open" button from the create sequence window?
have you tried to "insert sequences" from the cue window to see if you can your sequences there?
and if you make a new sequence, can you see it. if you restart fs can you still see it?
do you have FS installed serveral times on you computer with different directories?

I'm thinking FreeStyler shows another directory than the explorer shows below. Should be able to sort out easily. Rename the 'Test' directory to something else in the explorer and then refresh the view of FS to see thats changed to. I'd say it won't.

if remco_k's test shows that it is not the same directory should try to find the other directory. I think the default install directory is c:\Freestyler\.

Hi guys, thanks for your answers...
To open a existing seq I clicked on
Window -
Create Sequence and than to this little open-Button (folder with arrow up). Than I see this "empty" window.
When I tried to insert a sequence in the Cue-window the "empty window" looks a little bit different.

When I make a new sequence - with 3 steps for example - than save it as "LED Test" - click on the Open-Sequence-Button its nothing there exept the Test folder:

I am going to uninstall FreeStyler and the I reinstall it. May be this helps
Because in Win Vista I had to install new applications with admin rights. So I hadto enter the admin name and password when I install FreeStyler in a normal user account. May it causes problems by starting FreeStyler with admin rights within a normal user.
I will report if the reinstall helps...
Thanks a lot!!!!!!!! C U

I did and the name "Test" changes also to "Tests" in FreeStlyer like I did in the Windows explorer.

Ok,
I completly deinstalled FS, than I could make my account a admin account. After that I installed FS again (suprise: I finally got my desktop shortcuts) and now it seems to work.
May be all this rights management stuff of Windows is the problem...
Thanks to that point 4 your support!
