Cue window won't open

It started when I accidentally right clicked on the cue icon. A message popped up, something like "close cue window?". I just did a system restore to an earlier date and that didn't fix it. When I left click the cue icon all icons in the menu bar gray out until I left click again in the general window area. Right clicking does nothing.

Not sure if this will help:
Try the "Reset windows positions" option in the "Window" menu.

Genius -- this was driving me mad -- theres no where that states it that I could find lol
