help no color change

i just picked up two used odyssey viper 250 rg sagitarrius and i have one working fine but the other one i can get it to pan tilt but i open up the fixture and when trying to change colors the wheels do not move rotation gobo or color please help what are some trouble shooting for this issue

Check your Motor, circuit board, Swap parts between the units to determine the issue.
Also try to put the unit in Auto or Sound mode and see if the colors change.. Let us know Results.
I would use the Sound test first to determine if the rotator works.
