Fog Machine

Hello. I'm a new user of FS.
My interface DMX is Velleman K8062. I'm use FS 2.96G.
I am not getting to use Fogger Window. How to configure FS so that gets to recognize my smoke machine in the channel DMX 117? I didn't find any option to make this configuration. Manually I manage to do the machine to loosen smoke but in the automatic way no.
Thanks.

you need to make a fixture file using fixture creator then clicking the box that says fogger or something familiar if you used one already with FS it may have been an old one before the feature was implemented! open it up in fixture creator and select that option and save it!

I didn't find none of these options in Fixture Creator version 3.92.

I fear being shouted down for reviving this thread, but at least it shows that I have tried to find the answer to my problem before asking for help!
I am creating a fogger fixture using creator 3.98. I start by saying that I am creating a 'fogger-hazer' on the first screen of creator. When I import the fixture in to FreeStyler 512, it does not recognise the allocated chanel when I use the fogger control button. My fogger is listed on the 'show output' screen, but does not have output when I use the button.
What am I doing wrong.
Thank you

Hello,
I do have the same problem. I am using fixture creator 4.1 and FS 3.0.12(Beta Version). I got no problem creating the fixture and importing it in FS. Now, if I select the Fogger in FS, I can manually send 0-255 values and it works. I am using an Antari Z-1000II which is kind of on-off mode. Values below something like 100 = off and values over something like 100 = 100%. Now, the problem is that I am unable to use the specific fog window with the timer and everything... I am managing this problem creating sequences but I would really appreciate to find a work to make it work.
Thanks!

It might be that your foggers personality does not support the info being sent?

Does the show output windows show the correct values when using the fog windows or do they not react at all?
