Dude! We are not here to serve you on your call... Don't excpect things to be done in a few ours, even days or weeks. We always encourage people to create the fixture files themselves.
If anybody takes the time to do this for you, you can consider yourself lucky. In the meantime crying for someone to help you, will not help at all or even chase away some who would have helped you. In all this time, you could have created the fixture file yourself.
So please wait polite, maybe someone will pick it up.

oh hey there is calm, so I ask for help, those that have already test and try to do by myself! I did not ask to have a fixture made in the day, but I would have liked to be helped, at least know my mistake ... if you want, I just send my fixture already perform well and you could see if I made mistakes??

For that is the subforum
FreeStyler Fixture Files - Help & Support.
Please post your exported fixture file (*.pff) here in this topic, then we will move this topic to the subforum Help & Support.
100% chance you'll get help with that then.

Don't forget to explain where you're at and what goes wrong.
You can also attach images to your posts. To make it easier for 'helpers', maybe you can attach the manual images to your post directly instead of linking to the hiboox website.

ok thank you for redirecting in the right category!
My problem is the following:
I can not control my laser from a freestyler. He did not answer the figure recorded in fixture creator. Although I have followed tutorials on using fixture creator, I block ... most of the tutorial were followed for scans or RAP.
From what I understand freestyler has trouble with the laser.
If someone could give me some help ...
thank you in advance ...

LJ sunlight,
I do not know how long you have been using FreeStyler but that is a good start for the fixture.
I have taken your fixture and have made some modifications, so it is my way of thinking.
Channel 1 - Mode is controlled by the Macros page.
Channel 2 - Patterns Mode is controlled by Gobo Wheel 2 - Remember to set the first DMX Macro
Channel 3 - Single Photo Mode is controlled by Gobo Wheel 1 - Remember to set the second DMX Macro
When using the second DMX Macro, i.e. Single Photo Mode, the rest of the channels control the features of using this mode.
Channel 4 - Zoom is controlled by the zoom control
Channel 5 - Rotate is controlled by Gobo Rotaion 1
Channel 6 & 7 - Move around X and Move around Y are controlled by the PAN/TILT Window
Channel 8 - Scanning speed - Is controlled by the dimmer.
For extra safety I have added the Laser Off in Macros and as a shutter control. So Blackout will turn off laser, but have defined it so shutter open does not turn on laser. You need to select the mode and other channels for that.
Have a look what I have done and I hope it makes sense.
To do - You need pictures for all of channel 2 (2nd Gobo Wheel)

First, I want to thank you for the speed and development of the response. But I did anything, my laser does not answer yet ...
I'm putting everything in depth during the test, it's the light pattern 50 ... Before its nothing appears. And still unable to choose my programs.
Remains there any solutions to my problem?

To use the laser and the 58 patterns, you need to select the 2nd Macro as well as the pattern from Gobowheel 2.
To use the laser and the 5 patterns and the rest of the channels then select the 3rd Macro and the pattern from Gobowheel 1. You can now use the other controls on channels 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 to control the effects on thge laser.
Try the laser on it's own with address set to 1 and patched to address 1 in FreeStyler.
I cannot help any further as I do not have this fixture. This is the main reason we try to get people to create their own fixtures because we cannot test them and you can.

Thank you for the answer!
I still have not had a positive result, but as I have a few questions ...
You tell me to put me on the second macro, but when I tell you?? Macro music or DMX??
I noticed something weird when I touch the Pan and Tilt, by refocusing, I get a power control 5 figures ...
For cons, I still have nothing in regards gobowheel2;)

There are 5 icons in the Macros page. I did not create the icons, used what was there all ready. When I say the "Second DMX" Macro it is the 4th icon in the list as there are 2 DMX icons the same, but they do different things.
All I will say is learn the fixture, look at the fixture in fixture creator and the manual, you will then be able to work out what is what and how to use it. I could easily control this fixture by using the sliders on the right of the screen.
