It would be very interesting to have a timeline window where we could put sequences , just like adobe premiere or any video creator. That would compensate for the few 20 cues we have in the cues window.
And with a tap tempo sync to follow the beat of the music (because a music band doesn't always play at the same speed each time).
(if you need help programming all this, I can help you, just ask)

I would actually also be very interested in te "timeline" option. I would be very easy to make a changing show by just draging the cue and maybe submaster sequences over in the timeline window.

Its been asked alot before on the old forum, i think it would be quite difficult to implement in the current version because of the way scenes are currently run.
Maybe reserve for a freestyler 2? who knows.

A fair few software are using it now, Easyshow is just one, but im sure you will find it hard to get one in free software, its quite a lot of work.

I think it could be implemented the same way as the cue list,
on the timeline, we put the cues that we want, and when we press a play button, a line goes from left to right, when the line come on a new cue, then a command is processed to start the cue , just like the cue list
am I wrong?

In the meantime, is it possible to have the possibility to launch cues directly from the browser window? I would save some click and we could see all the cues we want with the folders and start cues on the fly

load your folders into the submasters, and run them from there.
