Post by dave512 »

Hello all

Thought I would share my YouTube lightshows.
Freestyler was not used during these lightshow videos!!!

My lighting rig setup will now be using freestyler

NIce work there. Just wondered what you were using to operate the lights before 'seeing the light' and moving to FS ??

The controller used in the lightshows was a basic DJ 192 DMX controller from soundlab.

Yes it is a big upgrade however I have downloaded Martin Lightjockey playing around, learning new features and getting a basic feel of DMX software, this was before I found Freestyler so I'm sort of used to Freestyler as it's a smaller cut down version of Martin Lightjockey.
Martin's Lightjockey DMX interface rather expensive.

I have to say i'm rather liking Freestyler a lot. There are a few features on the software I need help with and learn like hotkeys and running muitlpy cues playing at once.
1 cue with a set of scanner and the other cue with par cans.
