FX random color generator question

I read the help file, but still have a question.
Like DMX400 generates every time a new color on the beat.
Is the FX generator capable to generate , lets say 12 steps with random colors on each step for all fixtures selected?
For Al my fixtures goes. that they are RGB controlled over there own channel.
No color wheel available.
If possible, how? And if not, is it possible to record the dmx400 output to scene steps?
I just want to generate on each fixture a random color , with every new scene..
