Cue and Sceen Errors

Im having a problem when running cues.

The problem is when i have on cue that has certain lights on a sequence in one cue but no in another the fixture or fixtures that are no programed for that cue just stays on the last DMX value instead of blacking out and defaulting any fixutre that is not part of that cue to DMX value of "0" for all channels..
For example of I have programed 4 fixtures to scan left to right with a blue color saved as one cue then create another cue doing something else but only using 2 out of the 4 fixtures. Then inserting the sequences into the cue, running the first cue with all 4 fixtures. When I switch to the second sequence in the cue the two fixtures that I created sequences for, run as they are programmed but the remaining two that are not part of the sequence just freeze where the last value or position was and just stay there, open shutter, blue. This goes for anything fixture i have ran, Motorized Head, Scanners, RGB LED, Par Can and Dimmers. I dont have this issue with 2.95h wich I also run as my back up.. Again, only downfall with 2.95h is that the current EasyView will not work.. Since my computer crashed I have not been able to get any of the new released version to work flawlesly as 2.95h. If anybody out there could help me figure out how to run the current easy view or have the old version that ran with 2.95h i would trully be greaful. Version 2.95h is the only one I know that can run with winamp which is not available with the current versions.

The MEVP.dll file was currupted on freestyler not alowing communication with Easyview. I found a backup disk with the original library files and now works perfectly. I was able to upload all of my split color effects for all of my scanners and motorized heads on EasyView. Its working excellent..
