Read the forum rules in red at the top of your screen and read this

There is even no small trace of you wanting / trying to create your own fixture file? People call that lazy.
So: start making your own fixture file and if that fails, post all details (exported fixture file, DMX channel description, manual) here and you'll might get some help.
