DMX400 / Masterdimmer

Hi,
i am using the DMX400 with 8 Eurolight Par64 LED Cans. DMX-Channels are Red/Green/Blue/Dimmer and Strobe. (Maybe in an other row
)
Nearly anything works fine with them.
But i cant use the Masterdimmer. There is no response to it. I can't fade in or out...No reaction. The Blackout-Buttons works fine.
Second an greater Problem is:
Example:
All PAR's are Off.
When using the DMX400 they are responding to the DMX400. Fine!
But when stoping it (klicking "Static") or closing the DMX400 Window. The PAR's are staying on in their last state. Thy don't go off!
I have to relase them all and set the Dimmer/or Colour manualy to zero.
