Hi,

I want to make my chauvet FX800 smoke machine and Chauvet CH-2000S Techno Strobe to DMX

strobe goes via, DMX via optional DMX-752 adapter
and smoke machine goes via Chauvet DMX3F DMX Converter

but just for interested sake, I don't even see then on the device list that freesyler supports??

I think you may be a little confused.

You need to get yourself a usb to dmx dongle. Buy online on ebay from about £50.

Then you can connect your dmx strobe and fog machine.

I'm new to DMX software

I have played with freestyler today and figured out how to use it on my laser and make a sound activated program, I'ts cool

Now I'm just waiting for my dmx controller

thx for the help of that dmx channels,I was just upset then I've noticed that the Cheavet adapters and controllers and stuff wasn't on the list on freestyler
