Hi! I'm try to upgrade to the latest version but when i try to restore location I got an error. Can anyone help me? (backup file attached )

2.96j !!

I believe backup files from version 2.96j and older are not compatible with FreeStyler 3 and newer.
Somewhere on the forum is a topic about that, I think the only way is to reconfigure and recreate everything.
