Macro Slider

Can a macro also be a slider?
My problem, The MH i am using had some intresting internal programs.
I can influence the programs by steps, but i want to control the pan and tilt speed within the unit it self (value 0-255) for these programs.
So, can a macro be a slider?
I mean, that i can add a macro wich contains value 0-255 without have to insert 255 seperate icons (if thats even possible).
Best Regards, Bob
Examples; my problems are :
Gobo's
Channel 13 - 1 til 127 are 10 diffrent gobos, (assight to the gobo wheel )
Channel 13 - 128 til 191 Positive rainbow effect with increasing speed (currently solved with 4 gobo steps)
Channel 13 - 192 til 255 Negative rainbow effect with increasing speed (currently solved with 4 gobo steps)
But i have to change my audio sync gobo max to 127, otherwise spinning controll is used. Something that limits other fixtures.
And,
Channel 5 - Value 0-255 Overruling Pan/tilt speed
