hello all
i have a stage line dmx 60 adapter running on my free styler software.as soon as i plug my martin 812s in the dmx,they keep going through their re setting cycle,all the clicking noises.i,ve tried plugging one in,with dip switch 1 on only,but it still does it,even when i shut down the software. am i using the wrong dipswitch setting,or don,t the scanners like that particular dmx control box. i have only ever used the martin pre programmed controller.

This is most defiately a polarity problem as Older mARTIN lights have a different polarity you need to swap pins 2 and 3 in your DMX Cable or create a short lead that 'crosses over' the cables which is what I have done for my 812's and then plug that into you main cable this enables you to swap them without intefering with your other lights etc...
