Here's a fixture file for the American DJ Galaxian 3D that allows you to set the DMX values through the Fixture Macros panel.
Since the Galaxian 3D has two lasers (one red and one green) and Fixture Creator and FreeStyler only recognizes one Shutter channel, the Blackout button can only be set to turn off one laser. The other will remain in whatever state it's in. I have preset the Shutter channel to control the green laser because visually it's the brighter laser.
