Art-Net No Signal??

Hi
I try to use Art-Net at one PC I run Free Styler and on an other PC I run Art-Net to DMX and I connected the Interface Velleman VM116/K8062 to the PC.
And both PC's have the right ip-adress 10.0.0.x.
Now my Problem:
When I start both programms (Freestyler, Art-Net to DMX) I can connect to thert-Net I recive the DMX signal too the Output's change when I fade in Free Styler.
And the LED for DMX signal flash at the Interface that means that it recives DMX-Data but when I fade a channel up there is no light it's dark, but the devices have DMX-Signal becase the LED's don't flash. I think the Interface recive only Data with the value 0
Can anybody say whats the problem?
