missing file tszd.dll

hi all,
right i have a problem with 3d easy view it keeps saying the file tszd.dll is missing
so i reinstall the program and it reinstalls the file fine but when i restart the computer the file is missing again and its not just my pc i have the problem its on my laptop my dads laptop and the pc at the club! any ideas? cheers
