Hi,

i got an 15" Touchsreeen :D :D .....for no Money :D :D

It works fine!!

But what i cant find out completely is: For what are (some of) the Keypad Buttons?

Ok i can select "Fixture" and then a number and "Enter" and the desired Fixture is selectet. Same with the "Groups" Button.

But how does the "Fix. Channel", the "+", the "@", the "thru" and other Buttons work? When i press for example "Fix.Channel" "1" "@" "200" i thing that the channel 1 of the selectet Fixture should be 200 but ist is not 200 it is set to a different level.

Can somebody explain these Buttons to me?

Excuse my bad english!

Greetings from Germany Kai-Uwe

haven't tried it, but i think the keypad can be handu when you have a trouch screen. you can faster select a fixture and change its intensity, gobo etc.

Here is a list and example how the different button/commands work:

DMX: switch between percentage and DMX values
CLR: Clear all
@: Set level / intensity
BS: Backspace
the channel and fexture selection: I dont know :? maby something you selects fixtures in stead of channel, but cant get it to work
+ = and (1 and 3 = 1, 3)
/ = thru = through (1 thru 3 = 1, 2, 3)
- = without / except (1 thru 5 except 2 = 1,3,4,5)

Examples:
1@100 = set channel 1 to 100% (DMX =255)
1@DMX100 = set channel 1 to the dmx value 100 (DMX =100)
1/3@DMX100 = set channel 1-3 to the dmx value 100
1/10-5@DMX100 set channel 1 throug 10 except 5 to dmx 100 (channel 1,2,3,4,6,7,8,9,10)

thats the basis,

if you you use the shift buttons you can selects fixtures and tell which function should be changes.

1/10 shift 5 100 = 1/10CYAN@100 = Cyan channel on fixture 1 throug 10 makes each cyan channel to go to 100% (DMX = 255)

Enter: Enter :D

sorry,, i have a beta version, thats why you dont have DMX, shift and BS buttons

the value you are writing after @ is not the dmx value but percentage, so 50 = 128 ind DMX value, and 100 = 255 and so on
