Hey everyone,
I just submitted a bug report, but want to know if anyone else is experiencing this problem. On Vista 32bit, when running Freestyler if you have a click/scroll wheel on your mouse, if you use it and scroll up and down, it crashes the software. It happens on all releases of Freestyler, even 3.0.1.

I know there is no need to use the scroll wheel as there is nothing to scroll up and down with on the software, but if I accidently bump it during a show, well bad things happen.

Anyone else experience this?

Im using vista 32, and freestyler 3.01.
Iv used the scroll wheel in neraly evry window as a test and use it in my subconscious when adding cues altering midi etc and have never seen this bug.

I use vista 64 and not seen this happen.

could it be something wiith the setup of your mouse or the driver?

Ive not seen this and I use Vista.

I am wondering what your PC spec and any other kit you are using ?

If you have another mouse it might be worth trying it and seeing if its the same problem..

Could be a problem with the usb controller driver or conflict between the mouse and dmx drivers

by the way ive seen ur bug report and the bit about saving files is a known problem I spotted and just last week I was disscussing with raph the issues...

I made a quick video to show what happens and how easy it is to crash the program. Unfortunately, the video does not show what my cursor looks like when it happens, but the icon looks like a scrollbar with the pointer in the middle.
Note: This only happens when I click the wheel, and move my mouse up and down. It doesn't happen if I just scroll the wheel.

I am using 2.95h in the video, but it does happen on all versions for me.

its gotta be your mouse drivers..........
