Are you running playback from the CUE or SUBMASTER ?
How different is it when you play it back?
Your second question...
You can play back more than one cue at a time but you will need to go into the FS setup and option that on or it only plays back one sequence at time.
Also you ask about making a circle or flower patten into a sequence ?
Open up the sequence editor, select the desired fixtures then turn on the required movement and make sure pan & tilt are set to fade.
Then save. Thats about it.
If you are only using the CUE window, I would recommend using the SUBMASTERS for playback.
Then you can have a sub for movements, one for colours, one for shutter etc and then do mix and match to creat some more funky shows.
Hope this helps

What you need to do is...
1.clear out all the stuff in the cue window.
2. Insert cues that only do colour (you may need to rewrite some sequences)
3. Save cue (call it something like colour control or whateverf you like)
4. Open up submaster window and press the 'open cue' button , find the file (ie colour control) and drag it onto a submaster.
Repeat this for control of movements, shutter, gobos, anything else you want.
The key is making sequences that only change one feature of the fixture. You will find that it allows you to run a movement sequence and then change the colour sequence or gobo or whatever over the top, rather like being able to merge files together.
Once you get the hang of this you will find it easier to be far more creative!
