Overflow Warning when creating sequences

I created a fixture for a Spectra 4 channel LED Par 64. I am running 25 of these in sets of five with each of the set of 5 being a clone of the previous one. I have complete color mixing, dimmer, and strobe control manually. However, when I make a sequence for the lights to run through an "Overflow" warning comes up and the lights go down to 0% the rest of the time the sequence is running. I seriously doubt that this is a computer memory issue as I am running 3+ gigs of ram on xp. I am using Enttec Open DMX. Any suggestions? Thank you all so much again!

One day I had a similar problem. Took me a while to figure it out.
In my case I had created the fixture file myself and forgot to fill in a mandatory channel number (like gobo or color or so). The fixture worked, but when creating a sequence, the same error occured.
So maybe you are having about the same problem. Check your fixture file for all mandatory fields.
You are creating a new scene right?
If not, FreeStyler has by default a limit of 15 steps per scene. If you loading a scene that have more steps than that, you get exactly the same error.
If applicable, this limit is set in the .ini file, so you can adapt it to the value you like. Say 99. (is what I do all the time... because 15 is almost always to little for me).
Also keep Onge's thoughts in mind. Especially when you experience great amounts of delay between your command and the moment the lights put that out.
It also might work just perfectly.

I had this also and I think I figured out why. It happens if i have channels doing nothing on a fixture that are not set to 'off' when making a sequence. With them 'off' if unused the problem goes away.

ok so i see that others have gotten this error message but i dont see a resolve. I've been getting this error when trying to patch a 27 channel fixture. is this a memory issue?

Have you tried the things remco_k and madgadget suggested?

Looking at the *.pff missbethany3302 posted in another topic, the answer to that is no.
Fill in alle mandatory fields (they are bold): pan, tilt, shutter, strobe, open,... and so on. ALL of them.
