I'm new to Freestyler and I'm trying to get up and running with the Magic 3d easy view visualizer. I got my fixtures added and they're moving and displaying a beam but won't show color or gobo. Has anyone else had this issue?

Which fixtures are you using?
Some fixtures files in the easy view do not have colored gobos, however you can change this by open the scanliabery.exe in the freestyler directory and look at the colour / gobos values and check the values that freestyler sends and make sure that easyview matches.

Hello I am using PAR64 in Freestyler and Easyview
When I change the colour by the settings (change values) it works I can see the colour changing in Easyview, but when I create a sequence and play I can see the values sliding in Freestyler but no color changes in EasyView...

i suspect that you may have a problem with fade times, goto edit -> show output. and see if the output is changing.
i have found an error currently with the way fades are carried out, if your speed is set too high and the fade time changes to zero. the fade is not executed.
Without more information, such as if your output windows values change, if a real output works.
What are your par64's are they LED? i assume they are because you are changing there colors?
are any other fixtures display incorrectly?
kind regards
