Transparent cues don't work

I left a post earlier and the transparent cues do not work right now. I think my situation may be complicated. I can post a video on youtube to explain it better or if anyone lives in the states you can call me <removed>. I need to get this working by tomorrow. I would really appreciate some help on this. Thanks in advance.
