Will not start up

I have just downloaded freestyler everything went fine until i tried to start the programme up all i am getting is "comctl32.ocx" or one of its dependencies is not regestered:a file is missing or invalid and then the programme just shuts down help is there something i have done wrong i have uninstalled and re installed 3 times all to no avial please help

comctl32.ocx is a default windows ActiveX which should always be there as far as I know.
What windows version is it? Is it a (relative) new installation of windows?

Please search the forum cause the answers in there somewhere and im sure its stickified... if it isnt I will stickfiy it oh and your in the wrong section so I'll move it...
