Cue list

When I make a sequence and make it just like I want it.
When I save it and put it on the Cue list, it’s not the same.
It’s like it puts on fade be twin the scenes.
Not how I made it in the sequence.
How do I make it just like I want it, so I can start the sequence one by one?
