Re: Circus 2.0 IRC
How to use with Freestyler with Chauvet Circus 2.o IRC? Do I need to setup DMX address first? Kind of new to this.

Re: Circus 2.0 IRC
I assume you downloaded and imported the fixture file provided by Nathanrs93on Fri Oct 17, 2014.
This fixture uses 4 DMX channels.
You must decide what 4 DMX channels you want to use - remember they must be consecutive and not overlap other fixtures.
On the physical device set the DMX address to the first channel number
.
In Freestyler, in the top menu, click on Setup and then click on Add/Remove fixtures.
A window will appear. Find your fixture and then click on the top icon to add the fixture to your location. Another window will appear. Fill in the row number where you want the fixture added (it should be an empty row), the number of fixtures you want added (probably 1), the DMX universe (1 or 2) - probably 1, and the starting address (this must be the same as the address you set in the physical device).
Your fixture should now appear in Freestyler. Close the Add/Remove fixtures window.
Click on the fixture
In the menu bar click on Windows All. In addition to the normal 4 sliders (at the top right hand corner) you will see 3 other windows (Beam, Macros, and Lamp).
The Macros window has the values for Channel 1 that controls the various Programs and Mode
The Beam window has 2 sliders. The first controls the program speed (as does the second normal slider). The second controls the SMD Strobe Speed (as does the forth normal slider).
The Lamp window controls channel 3 (as does the 3rd normal slider).
Hope this helps.

Re: Circus 2.0 IRC
Thank you...it worked!!
Another question...I also got the Chauvet Intimidator Spot 150 to work as well. I have two of those and plugged the dongle in and did daisy chain...worked! Got the address right! Now how do I get all 3 to work since they are on different address...Spot 150 on address 1 and Circus 2.0 IRC on address 12...Do I need a splitter or something to send the signals?
Sorry really new to this and have a basement and enjoy the whole DJ gear stuff..
