Can't Spin room in 3D view

Can't spin the room in 3D viewer, WTF? Is this another lame Vista problem? Can't line up the fixtures without spinning the room. Any ideas?

I have the same problem when I use the 3d in my 2nd screen
If I then press the camera button then works it pretty well

Tried that.

Works flawlessly with my XP Pro laptop.
