Multiple sequences at once

on my old light board I was able to run 2 or more chases at once. I'm trying to run my 10 led par 64 in one sequence and run my moving head in another sequence but when I do that it turn off the led par 64s'. I've enabled the Multiple sequences at once switch. I've loaded those into the submaster but it does the same thing. Can someone point me in the right direction?
