I purchased a velleman kit today and put it all together plugged it in and I cant do nothing but pan and tilt ive tried everything

Is this the pre-built kit (VM116) or the DIY kit K8062?
In either case; Velleman delivers software with it where you can do some basic tests.
How is that turning out?
And please specify as much as possible, because "help, it does'nt work" is really nog enough to help you out.
