Create Sequence button does not work?

So im a mega N00b but ive added my fixtures addressed them and all and when I click the Create Sequence button on my desktop computer it opens the window and works fine. But on my laptop I click it and the only thing that happens is the Freestyler window goes out of focus, the Create Sequence window will not open. I cant even load it from the Edit Sequence button it the Cue Editor..I know its probably something simple but im stuck....any ideas?

I'm not sure but it could be a .net installation problem, have you done all the windoze updates, installed 3.x etc...?
Also check the video driver if it's up to date, on notebooks I had some problems with this (but not with FS).
