Midi support.

The hope increases more Midi support.
For instance:
1.Pan and Tilt, Pan 16bit and Tilt 16bit, that “Switch 16bit” the pressed key, May in MIDI back and forth Switch .
2.DMX400 “program”, “static”, “chaser”, may control in MIDI .
3.In "Submasters" option, increase "stop" MIDI push-button control.
