Chauvet Mayhem

Post by ezazdj »

Hi Everyone,

This is my first post, and I just plugged in my Vellaman DMX controller and trying to figure out what in the world I am doing!

I'm looking for a fixture profile for the Chauvet Mayhem. The manual can be found here:
http://www.chauvetlighting.com/products ... v01_UM.pdf

Thanks!

I also have this light and would like to see a fixture created for it. I am going to try to make a fixture for it, but I have not had much success in the past. If I have any luck, I will try and share my results.

Hej

It is not that difficult to make a fixture for that device.

One way cloud be

The Macro on the Macro tab.

Strobe on the strobe channel.

Speed maybe on Gobo wheel 3

Colos on color wheel 1 and 2.

Color wheel 1 = channel 4
Color wheel 2 = channel 5

Motor Control on Gobo wheel.
Gobo wheel 1 = Channel 6
Gobo Whee 2 = Channel 7

Then you just have to pick the number of colors / gobos that you want to use.

And have a look on the wiki. There are all the info you need.
