Can this be done?
I mean is there a software that can create "digital gobos" and project them with a regular LCD projector? If not I was thinking in creating a flash movie with whatever I wanted and loop it all night. Any thoughts on this?

i don't think so, or at least i can't find any, you could create/download animated gif's and project them from a separate computer using KM player or easyworship easyworhip comes with many free gifs for projection

You can just use every Photo/paint/ what ever program to create your Gobo and project them with the Beamr.
i always use Swishmax to edit my pictures, its a Swish program but you can do allot of stuff with it.
and if you made your gobo's you can use Arkaos to send the info to you beamer.
and the nice thing about arkaos is you can control it with DMX.
so in the end you can control everything with freestyler..
