Hi all,
I'm hopig I'm postingthis in the right area
I usually work with projectors and screens but am now collaborating with a friend who is doing the lighting side of things he uses freestyler.
I use a midi clock to sync up my software an hardware and understand that freestyler does not have this capability, but I've noticed the sound 2 light addition to freestyler. After having a little play aound with it I think I uderstand it's workings, but is there a way to assign the buttons to a keyboard press or midi message.
I'm not saying that what sound 2 light does isn't ood, but was just hoping to be able to manually tap the beat without having to mouse over the button.
Hope that makes sense and that this is possible.
Thanks in advance
Sound 2 light control

Re: Sound 2 light control
does Bome's midi translator fit the bill? from this link
www.bome.com/midi/translator/
it lets you assign midi notes to keyboard command strings. I have used it to give me midi control over the geiss screen saver.
